Tvarka app downloads

All currently distributed Tvarka application releases in one place. The Windows installers are signed by the publisher "Socialiniai algoritmai, UAB". The macOS QES Bridge is for now distributed as a clearly labelled unsigned beta. The version, publication date, file size and checksum are loaded directly from the release channel.

Windows

Choose based on how you will work on this computer. These are two separate installation options – one is not an upgrade of the other. Both require 64-bit Windows 10 or 11.

Tvarka Sign

For the document application, the local Tvarka Sign vault and working with the cloud. Also installs the card software, which is needed for the ePaslaugos government e-services portal too.

macOS

This release is intended for public beta testing. It installs only the card middleware for working in the Tvarka cloud and the browser, without the document workspace.

Unsigned beta Version 0.2.0 beta

Tvarka QES Bridge for macOS

A Universal 2 package for macOS 13 or newer. Runs on Apple Silicon and Intel computers, supports the Lithuanian eID card and the Bit4ID TokenME EVO v2.

Important before installing

This beta package is not yet signed with an Apple Developer ID and is not notarized. macOS will show a security warning. Install only if you agree to test the beta and have verified the SHA-512 checksum shown below.

  • QES middleware only, without the Tvarka Sign document application

How to open the unsigned package
  1. Download the package and try to open it.
  2. If macOS blocks it, open "System Settings" → "Privacy & Security".
  3. Next to the blocked Tvarka package, choose "Open Anyway", confirm the action and run the installer again.
  4. After installing, restart Chrome or Edge.

We do not recommend disabling Gatekeeper for the whole computer.

Phones

The mobile apps are already distributed to testers. There are no public store releases yet, so we show the real distribution status here and do not publish public links that do not work.

Google Play internal testing 0.2.11-alpha (13)

Tvarka Sign Android

For a phone running Android 11 or newer. The link works only for Google accounts added to the tester list.

For an iPhone running iOS 16 or newer. A public TestFlight link has not been published yet, so the current release is available only by invitation.

How to recognise an official Windows release

In the installer's Windows file properties, the publisher must be "Socialiniai algoritmai, UAB". Signing uses the company's Microsoft Azure Artifact Signing account. The manifest next to each release states the exact file name, size and SHA-512 checksum.

The macOS beta is not a stable release

The public beta has no Apple Developer ID signature and no notarization. A stable macOS release will be published only once these checks are in place.

Public Android and iPhone store releases have not been published yet.
