What you can automate
Sending for signature
Your system sends a document for signing in one call. The invitation arrives by email in your company's name, or as a link you put wherever you like.
The signing order
Everyone signs at once, or one after another. The next person gets the invitation only when it is their turn.
Reminders and deadlines
You set when the signature is needed. On that day Tvarka sends the reminder, and when the deadline passes the invitation closes.
Notifications to your system
When someone signs or declines, or everything is done, your system gets a cryptographically signed notification at once and picks up the signed document.
Only the right person
You can set who must sign and how: Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or the ID card on the phone. Nobody else can sign that document.
The signature inside your system
Your system asks for the signature itself, and the person only confirms it on the phone with Smart-ID or Mobile-ID. No redirects to another page.
Many documents at once
One call sends a whole set of documents for signing. With Tvarka Batch you sign a whole folder with one PIN.
Work with assistants
