E-documents that take care of themselves

Tvarka turns your documents into tidy, signed files that stay valid for years. From Word and Excel, from your own system or from plain text. No manual work.

What Tvarka does for you

Creates the document

Your system sends text or a link to a file, and Tvarka creates a clean PDF that is ready to sign and keep.

Turns it into a PDF

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenDocument, RTF, images and text become PDFs by themselves. Nothing to do by hand.

Packs it with attachments

The main document and up to 20 attachments go into one ADOC or ASiC-E package, accepted by Lithuanian public bodies and across Europe.

Locks PDF forms

A filled-in PDF form becomes an ordinary page, so nobody can change its fields later.

Signs a whole folder

With Tvarka Batch, hundreds of files are signed in one click and land in a new folder. With a USB token you enter your PIN once.

Prepares it for the long term

Every signature gets a free qualified timestamp. For documents signed earlier, Tvarka adds the data they need to stay valid for years.

Checks the signatures

Tvarka checks the signatures on documents you receive as soon as you upload them.

Keeps the history

All documents and all their versions in one place. You always see who changed what, and when.

Makes a certified copy

You get a PDF copy of an ADOC document with its metadata sheet, ready to print or send.

How to connect

  • The Tvarka Sign API: the Manager issues the key in the settings, and the sandbox works without payments. API documentation.

  • Tvarka Batch on your computer: folder in, folder out, and your documents are never uploaded.
  • No time or developers? We build it all for you.

You pay for signatures, not for a system

From €0.19 + VAT per qualified signature, and from €0.13 + VAT with an ID card or a USB token. The timestamp is free. No setup fee and no monthly minimum. Pricing.
