Tvarka Sign
A qualified timestamp, free on every signature
Every qualified electronic signature made in Tvarka gets a qualified timestamp. You pay nothing for it: it is already in the signature price. That goes for every Tvarka user, the free plan on your phone included.
€0
for the timestamp. Always.
You pay only for the signature: from €0.19 + VAT with Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or LT ID, and from €0.13 + VAT with an ID card or a USB token. The timestamp is already included.
Why the timestamp matters
It proves when you signed
A timestamp is a trusted third party's confirmation of when the document was signed. Like a stamp with the date and time, only electronic.
Your signature lasts
In PDF and ASiC-E documents we also store the certificate's validity data. The signature can be checked years later, even after your card has expired.
Ready for public bodies
ADOC documents accepted by Lithuanian public bodies and archives must carry a timestamp. In Tvarka it is always there.
Where you get it
- Tvarka Sign in the browser, the phone app and the Windows app.
- The free plan on your phone: 10 signatures a month with the ID card, each with a timestamp.
- Tvarka Batch: every document in the folder gets its own timestamp.
- The Tvarka Sign API and signing invitations: every signature, whoever signs.
The timestamps come from several qualified timestamp providers on the EU trusted lists. If one is briefly unavailable, Tvarka switches to another by itself, so your signature never waits.
