Merge PDF files into one document – and sign right away
A contract and its annexes, an offer and a specification, multi-page scans – they often need to be submitted as one document with one signature. The Tvarka PDF merge wizard does that in a few clicks.
How it works
- You upload several files – PDF and .docx both work (text documents are converted automatically).
- You arrange them in the order you want.
- You get one PDF – you can send it for signing with a qualified electronic signature (QES) right away or save it in the archival PDF/A format.
Limits: one file – up to 50 MB, one merge job – up to 150 MB.
How is this different from random "merge PDF" websites?
- Your documents do not travel who knows where. Merging happens on Tvarka infrastructure in the European Union; access is limited to you and the people the Manager has authorized.
- The result can be signed right away. No downloading, carrying to another system and uploading again – you merge and invite to sign.
- Version history. You see what the document was built from and what changed.
Frequently asked questions
Can .docx and PDF be merged together?
Yes – .docx files are automatically converted to PDF before merging, so you can mix formats in one job.
Does merging cost anything?
No – the wizard costs nothing. You pay only for successful qualified signings according to the pricing; merging and downloading are free of charge.
Will the document quality be preserved?
Yes – pages are carried over without recompression, and you can save the final document in the archival PDF/A format for long-term storage.
You reach the wizard after signing in with your electronic signature – this keeps your documents accessible only to users with access rights.
