How it works
Pick the folder
The one where the documents are waiting. Subfolders are fine too.
Choose how to sign
PDF, ADOC or ASiC-E, where the signature stamp goes, and what you sign with: the Lithuanian ID card, a USB token or your company seal.
Press Sign
The signed documents appear in a new folder, and a report shows you what went through.
Nothing gets lost
- Your originals stay untouched: the signed files go to a separate folder.
- If someone has already signed a document, your signature is added next to theirs, and theirs stays valid.
- Files locked with a password or damaged ones are skipped, and the app tells you why.
- If one file fails, the others still get signed. You retry the failed ones with one button.
A real signature, not a picture
This is a qualified electronic signature: across the European Union it has the same legal effect as a handwritten one. A company qualified electronic seal shows that the document really comes from your company.
Every signature gets a qualified timestamp that proves when the document was signed. PDF and ASiC-E documents can be checked even after your card has expired.
Your documents stay with you
While signing, your documents are never uploaded or stored anywhere else, and the signing key never leaves your card. Why that lowers your risk.

What you will need
- A Windows computer with Tvarka QES Bridge.
- The Lithuanian ID card with a reader, a Centre of Registers USB token or your company seal token.
- A Tvarka Sign access key. You will find it in the Tvarka Sign settings.
Frequently asked questions
How many documents can I sign at once?
As many as there are in the folder. There is no limit, and the price does not change with the number of documents.
Can I sign on behalf of my company?
Yes. You can use your company's qualified electronic seal, and the signature stamp then shows that the document carries a qualified electronic seal.
Do my documents go to the internet?
The documents are signed on your computer. Only a digital fingerprint of the signature goes out for the timestamp, and the document cannot be rebuilt from it. With Microsoft Office or LibreOffice installed, Word and Excel files are turned into PDF on your computer too.
Which formats can I sign in?
PDF, ADOC or ASiC-E. Everyone can open a PDF, Lithuanian institutions use ADOC, and ASiC-E is used across Europe.
