Tvarka Batch signs documents on your own computer. While signing, they are never uploaded, never stored anywhere else and never shown to anyone. No cloud you have to trust with your contracts.
What leaves your computer
Only a digital fingerprint of the signature, which the timestamp needs. It is a short string of letters and numbers. There is no text, no names and no amounts in it, and the document cannot be rebuilt from it.
The signing key stays on your ID card or USB token the whole time. It never leaves it – not even Tvarka can see it.

Can Tvarka see my documents?
No. While signing, the document never leaves your computer. Tvarka only receives a digital fingerprint of the signature for the timestamp, and the document cannot be rebuilt from it.
Where is the signing key kept?
On your Lithuanian ID card or USB token. It never leaves the card, so nobody can see it, not even Tvarka.
Do my signed documents depend on Tvarka?
No. They are ordinary PDF, ADOC and ASiC-E files built to EU standards. Standard signature checkers, such as the Lithuanian state one at epaslaugos.lt, can verify them, and they stay valid even if you stop using Tvarka.
Where are the signed documents kept?
Wherever you choose: a folder on your computer or on your company network. You store, back up and archive them under your own company rules.
