Comparison
E-signature API comparison in Lithuania: Tvarka Sign API, Dokobit, Mark Sign
If you are connecting qualified signing to your own system, the price is not only the per-signature rate but also the setup fee, the monthly minimum and what you get for them: how signing notifications are protected, what the sandbox can do, which formats and file sizes are supported. Here all three APIs offered publicly in Lithuania sit in one table.
Competitor prices were checked on 2026-09-13 against their public pricing documents and API documentation (sources at the bottom of the page). All prices exclude VAT.

What you would pay a year: two worked examples
Two integration volumes, calculated at the public prices of 2026-09-13. All amounts exclude VAT. The Tvarka Sign price applies by each signature's position in the month (the first 99 at EUR 0.29, the next up to 499 at EUR 0.26, and so on); the Dokobit and Mark Sign amounts include the plan or package minimum.
| Volume | Tvarka Sign API | Dokobit | Mark Sign API |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 signatures a month (600 a year) | 50 × EUR 0.29 = EUR 14.50 a month, which is EUR 174 a year; with a card or USB token EUR 120 a year | Plan 1: EUR 55 a month, which is EUR 660 a year, plus the EUR 300 setup fee – EUR 960 in the first year | 150-signature package: a EUR 50 monthly minimum, which is EUR 600 a year, plus the EUR 200 configuration fee – EUR 800 in the first year |
| 500 signatures a month (6,000 a year) | 99 × 0.29 + 400 × 0.26 + 1 × 0.24 = about EUR 133 a month, which is about EUR 1,595 a year; with a card or USB token about EUR 92 a month, which is about EUR 1,103 a year | Plan 2: EUR 110 a month covers about 305 signatures at EUR 0.36, the remaining 195 add about EUR 70; about EUR 180 a month, which is about EUR 2,162 a year, plus the EUR 300 setup fee | 555-signature package at EUR 0.27: EUR 135, but the EUR 150 minimum applies, which is EUR 1,800 a year, plus the EUR 200 configuration fee |
Up to a few hundred signatures a month Tvarka Sign is the only one with no fixed fees: the Dokobit and Mark Sign minimums and setup fees make up most of the first-year bill. From 1,000 signatures a month Tvarka Sign charges EUR 0.21 per remote signature and EUR 0.14 per signature with a card or USB token – with no plan and no setup fee.
Technical differences

| Signing methods | ID card over NFC, Smart-ID, Mobile-ID, LT ID, USB token – the signer signs in the ordinary Tvarka ceremony | Mobile-ID, Smart-ID, smart card or USB, Baltic and other countries' eIDs | Mobile-ID, Smart-ID, Zeal ID, smart card or USB |
| Several signers | One order for several signers, signing order, deadlines, automatic reminders | One signing for several signers; no reminders through the API | Signer invitations and signing links |

Secure signing for your customers
Signing inside an iframe introduces clickjacking risk: the surrounding page can overlay the document or signing controls. Tvarka presents document review and signing on its own page, protected against embedding, in the same tab. After signing, your customer returns automatically to your application.
When to choose the Tvarka Sign API
- You want to start today with no setup fee and no monthly minimum – the Manager issues a key in self-service, extra keys are free, and the sandbox runs without payments.
- Your system must know reliably that a signing notification is genuine – the notifications are cryptographically signed.
- Your signers sign with an ID card over NFC or a USB token – from EUR 0.20, with no reader.
- An agent or an automated system creates the order through the MCP server, and the signature stays a human action.
- You pay only for signatures that happen – from a few a month to thousands at EUR 0.21, with no plan and no setup fee.
