Tvarka Sign and electronic signatures

How to sign a stack of documents in one sitting

When a pile of contracts or invoices is waiting, Tvarka Sign lets you work the selected documents as a single queue.

Who batch work suits

Accountants, administrators and Managers often have to sign not one document but a whole set: contracts, annexes, acceptance certificates, invoices, internal approvals.

The Tvarka Sign document list shows what is waiting for you, what is waiting for others, which documents are already signed and which are being checked. That lets you work a queue instead of opening files one at a time.

Preparing the stack

It is worth making the formats consistent before signing. DOCX and other everyday files are converted to PDF or PDF/A automatically, and a document with annexes can be merged into a single PDF or placed in an ADOC or ASiC-E archive.

If other people have to sign as well, Tvarka can invite them by email and show you who has not signed yet.

  1. Upload the documents, or use the local Sign folder.
  2. Check which of them are waiting for your signature.
  3. Choose the qualified signing means that suits.
  4. After signing, download the documents or leave them in the Tvarka history.

Frequently asked questions

Does one PIN entry mean one QES?

Qualified signatures are counted against real signing actions. If you sign several documents, or several people sign the same one, the count follows the actual signing actions.

Can PDF, ADOC and ASiC-E be mixed?

The document list can hold different formats, but each format has its own signing route. Containers are signed with qualified methods only.

Can I invite an external signer?

Yes. You give the email address, and the external person signs through the invitation.
