Tvarka Sign and electronic signatures
Contactless signing with an ID card and an NFC phone
Tvarka.pro is the first electronic signature service in Lithuania where you can sign contactlessly with your national ID card.
What happens when you sign
Contactless QES uses the physical national ID card together with an NFC phone. You open the Tvarka app, confirm the signing action, and hold your card against the phone.
Access to a legal entity in Tvarka is granted by the Manager. An accountant, an assistant or another representative can be invited to work on behalf of the company, and each of them signs with their own ID card.
When it is the convenient route
The NFC route suits you when you would rather not buy a USB reader, or when you are signing away from your own desk. It is also a good route for companies that want cheaper qualified signing and hold newer ID cards.
If contactless signing with a phone and a card does not suit the moment, Tvarka offers the alternatives: Smart-ID, Mobile-ID, LT ID or USB/eID.
Frequently asked questions
Is an NFC signature qualified?
Yes, when signing uses the qualified certificate on the ID card and the Tvarka qualified signing flow.
Does the private key ever leave the card?
No. The signing logic relies on the secure means inside the card; Tvarka receives only the signing result and the audit information.
Does the Manager have to perform every signature personally?
No. The Manager decides who gets access. An invited user works within the rights granted and signs with their own means.
