Due diligence and registers
Your own company data in the Lithuanian registers: JAR, JADIS and JANGIS
Tvarka shows and maintains the data held about a legal entity: its managers, members, shareholders and beneficial owners.
Which data matters
Three registers carry most of what matters about a Lithuanian legal entity. JAR, the Register of Legal Entities, holds the registered data and who manages the entity. JADIS holds its members and shareholders. JANGIS holds its beneficial owners.
Tvarka presents these as part of Due diligence and of maintaining your own company, so a Manager can see what needs reviewing or filing with the Centre of Registers (Registrų centras).
When you have to act, not just look
If the Manager, the members, the shareholders or the beneficial owners change, reviewing is not enough. The data has to be updated and, where it applies, filed with the Centre of Registers.
In Tvarka this data is tied to the compliance calendar and to the filing flows, so the deadlines do not disappear into an inbox.
