Tvarka Sign and electronic signatures
How to invite an external signer by email
Tvarka Sign can send a document to someone who does not work in your organisation in Tvarka. They sign with their own means.
How the invitation works
You upload or prepare the document, give the email address of the signer, and choose what they have to sign. The signer receives an invitation and signs with their own QES means.
This is useful for contracts with clients, suppliers, landlords, contractors or employees, when you do not want to require them to hold a paid seat in a system.
Who pays for the signature
Under the public Tvarka Sign pricing, an external signer does not normally have to buy a separate Tvarka seat just to sign your document. Their completed QES counts towards the qualified signatures attributed to your legal entity.
The pricing principle is unchanged: you pay for successful chargeable actions, not for the number of users.
Frequently asked questions
Does the external signer have to be a Tvarka user?
They sign through the invitation using their own electronic signature means. They do not have to buy a seat in the organisation.
Can I invite several signers?
Yes. The Tvarka document flow shows who is still waiting to sign.
Can an external signer sign an ADOC?
Yes, where the invitation supports that archive and the signer uses QES.
